Had previous bad encounters with aircon service providers as they simply rush thru the job...going thru the motion. I called Dr Cool today and the 2 guys they sent were v professional, not the ah Beng type. Jun Jie and Hafiz knew just what to do and explained every step they r doing. After the aircon cleaning they even helped me cleaned my toilet! so nice of them. I will definitely engage their service again. Prices are v reasonable too. No doubt about it. Thank you Dr Cool and Not forgetting Jun Jie and Hafiz. My room is now v cool.
